The techniques room which features a figurative and descriptive definition of some of the basic moves involved in kickboxing. (These techniques are shown only to improve your understanding of the mechanics of the movements you should not attempt to perform any of them without expert supervision and training with a qualified instructor.)
In the fitness room you will find a variety of different programs that can be done at home or in the gym. Some concentrate on particular areas of the body other offer a good all round workout. So take your pick and start building a better body today.
