Starting from attention stance step forward into left ready stance and perform front / reverse punch technique. After completing your punches take one "comfortable" step forward into right ready stance. From here perform another front / reverse punch combination. This combination can be repeated continuosly from left ready stance to right ready stance and back again. After completing the last punch of the combination take a small slide back out of range of counter attacks. Remain in ready stance with your guard up.

 
  • Remember whilst stepping in with front reverse punch to place your lead foot down before you punch.
  • At an advanced level this becomes simultaineous (move and punch together).
  • Fully recover your punches before stepping forward.
  • Start the punches from the feet rotating through the hips and body.
  • Keep good form and remember the basics.
  • See left ready stance.
  • See front / reverse punch.
  • See right ready stance.
  • See slide back.
  • All techniques should be practiced under the supervision of a qualified instructor.
